Our over 50s fitness classes are now Live Online Exercise Classes

Our classes for the over 50s offer an all over body workout with variety week on week. The workout includes circuit, upper and lower body toning, abdominal strengthening and aerobics.

These are mixed exercise classes, mostly attended by women, but men are always welcome.


The overall aim is to increase strength and stamina, increase cardio vascular fitness, improve motor skills such as balance and coordination, increase flexibility and mobility, stretch effectively and learn how to relax and increase mental and physical wellbeing, regardless of age or ability.
