Exercising classes for people 50+ suitable for all abilities - covering health and wellbeing

My 50+ Live Online Exercise Classes are done over Zoom and you will have access to 5 live classes each week on line. Zoom is easy to work out, but I can provide you with instructions.
I cover increasing your cardio vascular fitness, and increase your flexibility and mobility. I'll show you how to relax and increase mental and physical wellbeing, regardless of age or ability.

Over 50s Exercise Classes (mixed)
Exercise classes covering health and wellbeing for the over 50s suitable for all abilities

My 50+ Exercise Classes are designed for all abilities as you will work to your own level until you grow in confidence, strength and stamina, these classes will also increase cardio vascular fitness, and improve motor skills such as balance and coordination. I also bring in exercises to increase flexibility and mobility. In my class we'll also cover how to relax and increase mental and physical wellbeing, regardless of age or ability.
These are mixed exercise classes, mostly attended by women, but men are always welcome.

Men's Over 50s Exercise Classes
Exercising classes for men only who are 50+ suitable for all abilities - covering health and wellbeing

My 50+ Men Only Exercise Classes are designed for all abilities and you can work at your own level until you have gained confidence and grown in strength and stamina. These exercise classes will improve motor skills such as balance and coordination. I cover increasing your cardio vascular fitness, and increase your flexibility and mobility. I'll show you how to relax and increase mental and physical wellbeing, regardless of age or ability.
