It can be tough to know where to begin — or how to stay consistent — when it comes to looking after your health.
I’m Jill Milne, and the ethos of my business is simple: staying active and making sensible lifestyle choices are key to feeling good and staying independent as we get older.
Through my Over 50s exercise classes, I provide a supportive, welcoming environment where you can move safely, build strength, improve balance, and boost confidence — all at a pace that suits you.
We all have a responsibility to look after our own health and wellbeing, but that doesn’t mean we have to do it alone. Sometimes we just need the right encouragement and a friendly group to keep us going.
My aim is to offer guidance, support and practical advice that takes into account your health history, experience and individual needs — helping you build healthy habits that last.
In the unlikely event of an accident, I am fully insured as a fitness professional with UK Coaching and I am first aid trained.
