I’m Jill, a qualified Fitness Instructor, and I specialise in helping people over 50 stay strong, mobile and confident through supportive, structured group exercise classes.
My sessions are designed to be effective, enjoyable and suitable for different ability levels, so you can work at a pace that feels right for you.
For your peace of mind, I’m fully insured with UK Coaching and trained in first aid, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for everyone who attends.
