My own personal experience with weight loss plays a large part in my work ethics. After letting my own weight creep up by 4 stone, I realised that the extra weight I was carrying around was ruining my life and I decided to do something about it.
I embarked on a motivational weight loss programme and found the whole experience had such a positive effect on my life that I decided to train as a counsellor myself.
