The ethos of my business is the belief that in order to lead a healthy lifestyle we need to include healthy eating and exercise and this is what I aim to offer all my clients.
We all need to take responsibility for our own health and wellbeing but sometimes we need help to achieve this.
No matter which service you chose I will offer you help, advice and support in both the above areas. Any advice will be based upon your health, knowledge and needs, both past and present in order to encourage a new lifestyle with new healthy habits which are for keeps!
I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and fitness instructor who offers a friendly one to one training service at a time that is convenient to you or in a group environment with a selection of classes to choose from.
I am a member of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) which has been set up to help safeguard and to promote the health and interests of people who are using the services of exercise professionals. The register recognises industry based qualifications, practical competency, and requires exercise professionals to work within a Code of Ethical Practice. With an exercise referral qualification I can offer appropriate training programmes for those with chronic health issues such as Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Arthritis, Anxiety and Depression, Asthma, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) etc. It is proven that appropriate exercise will help such conditions and assist the individual to manage their condition more successfully.
As a professional personal trainer I can help anyone regardless of their age, skill or fitness level.
Motivational weight loss may be the way forward for you. Having that 1-2-1 service, unlike a weight loss club, will give you a specifically tailored programme suited to your needs for successfull weight loss.
Whatever your fitness goals, whether you want to lose weight, tone your muscles or just want to improve your general level of health and fitness I will put my considerable experience in personal training to work for you.
